This company is amazing. I was looking for someone to power wash the driveway and garage of my rental house before I move out. And, yes of course it was the last minute request. We were ready to have the driveway redone because it looked so bad. I would power wash it and never even looked clean. Bryan came out and assured us that he could bring it back. We scheduled the service and he was there when he said. What a process to prepare and clean the pavers, reinstall sand to all joints and the final detail. The Trident products were applied and the pavers came to life. Lisa and I are firm believers now that are expectations were not only met, but surpassed! Patriot Powerwashing is a a great company!

I called Brian to help with a tough oil stain in the asphalt and to get my patio cleaned up before a party I'm hosting. He did an amazing job! The oil stain is much less noticeable, and he was very careful not to use anything that would damage or erode the asphalt. My patio looks great, and he was quick and thorough! Will definitely use Patriot Power Washing again in the future.

Our paver driveway looks like new. We put a sealer on it 2 years ago, after it was installed, and It didn’t hold up at all. Brian came out and spent a whole day power washing it and removing all of the old sealer. He came out today and put on 2 coats of sealer. It looks fabulous! Brian came when he said he was going to be here, and did a terrific job. He also gave us a very reasonable price to clean our Solar Panels. I would not hesitate to hire him again. Great job Brian! We found this company after doing a Google search. We had received a second notification from our HOA about oil stains in our driveway that we had power washed and done everything we could think of with little success, and received a second notice from the HOA. So we reached out to this company. Brian was super responsive and friendly on the phone. He went to our residence to look at the stains the same day and got back to us quickly and took care of the problem…. Hired this company to come out to the house & attempt to get the oil stains that have accumulated in my driveway over the years. I was very surprised with the hard work & effort put forward by the employee. The driveway came out looking the best it has in the 13 years I’ve had my home. Brian came out and started taking care of business right away. My driveway was very dirty from oil spills, dirt build up, and foliage in the cracks. Brian washed my driveway, garage door, and sidewalk. Looks like brand new. Brian is a great guy, honest, and a Marine veteran. I will be calling him back to take care of business in the future.
I was expecting them to hit my driveway with a high pressure hose to remove all the black tire marks and be done. What I got was exceptional service beyond my expectations. These guys are educated professionals who know their stuff. They identified numerous stains on the driveway and applied the appropriate fluids to remove them — all safe for my grass and plants. They were very careful of furnishings and yard decor, and removed stains I never imagined would be possible. My driveway is over 40 years old. It had excessive black tire marks compared to other houses on my street, and had never been cleaned (professionally or otherwise). Now it looks terrific. I couldn't believe how many stains they got out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
