Material-specific exterior care
Roof Cleaning
Roof-cleaning evaluations built around roofing material, condition, access and manufacturer or property requirements.
Surface-aware. Scope-driven.
The right process starts with the property.
Roof surfaces cannot be approached like ground-level concrete. Patriot reviews the material, pitch, condition, runoff path and surrounding property before recommending whether and how the roof should be cleaned.
Common scope
- Condition and access evaluation
- Low-pressure methods where appropriate
- Runoff and landscaping planning
- Clear scope, exclusions and expectations
How Patriot approaches it
A disciplined four-step process.
- 01Identify roofing material and visible condition
- 02Review access, fall hazards and runoff paths
- 03Select a compatible treatment-led method
- 04Rinse or allow treatment dwell as the approved process requires
Straight answers
Frequently asked questions.
Do you pressure wash roofs?
We do not apply a one-method-fits-all approach. Roof cleaning is material-specific and may require low pressure or a treatment-led process.
Will you inspect for roof damage?
We note visible conditions affecting the cleaning scope, but Patriot does not provide a roofing inspection or structural diagnosis.
Is roof cleaning available everywhere?
Residential scheduling is focused in our West Valley core and depends on roof condition, access and project fit.
