Post-Construction Patio Cleaning on a Paradise Valley New Build

Post-construction jobs are a different animal. The surfaces are brand new, but they're covered in construction dust, grout haze, hard water deposits, and staining that contractors just don't have the equipment or expertise to handle. That's where we come in.

This was a new build in Paradise Valley - a stunning modern home with large-format tile throughout the covered patio and exterior stone detailing around the windows. Beautiful materials. But they needed a proper clean before this place could be enjoyed the way it was built to be.

We also worked the exterior stone around the window frames - that's an area that tends to collect staining from runoff and construction debris. It's a detail most cleaning companies skip or don't even notice. We don't skip details.
