By requesting, scheduling, approving, or receiving services from Patriot Power Washing & Sanitation or Patriot Paver Sealing AZ, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Submitting a service request through our website, phone, text message, social media, or other communication does not constitute a confirmed appointment.
Appointments are confirmed after Patriot Power Washing & Sanitation has reviewed the requested work and communicated an agreed service date, scope, and pricing.
Scheduling may be affected by weather, site conditions, property access, equipment availability, or other circumstances outside our control.
Services will be performed according to the approved estimate, proposal, work order, or agreed scope of work.
Any additional work requested by the customer or discovered after work begins may require additional authorization and charges.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer before performing work outside the agreed scope.
Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared.
Pricing may change if actual site conditions differ materially from what was represented or reasonably visible during the estimating process, including excessive staining, inaccessible areas, unusual contamination, additional square footage, or previously undisclosed conditions.
Any material pricing change will be discussed with the customer before additional work is performed.
Payment terms will be stated on the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or contract.
Residential services are generally due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits may be required for paver sealing, restoration projects, specialty materials, large commercial projects, multi-day projects, or other work requiring advance scheduling or material purchases.
Commercial and municipal customers may receive approved payment terms when arranged in advance.
We ask customers to provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment whenever possible.
Certain projects involving special-order materials, reserved crews, equipment, or significant scheduling commitments may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling charges if disclosed in the applicable estimate or agreement.
Weather-related scheduling changes will not be considered customer cancellations.
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled service date.
Before service, customers should remove or secure vehicles, furniture, decorations, fragile items, and other personal property from the work area when requested.
Pets should be secured away from active work areas.
Water and electrical access may be required depending on the service being performed.
Safety is a priority on every project.
Patriot Power Washing & Sanitation may delay, modify, suspend, or refuse work when conditions could create a risk to customers, employees, property, equipment, or the quality of the finished work.
Examples may include unsafe structures, electrical hazards, aggressive animals, hazardous substances, severe weather, unsafe access, or conditions outside the agreed scope of work.
Pressure washing, soft washing, surface cleaning, and restoration may expose pre-existing defects that were not readily visible before cleaning.
These can include loose paint, failed coatings, cracked or deteriorated surfaces, loose mortar, damaged stucco, failing seals, improperly installed fixtures, oxidation, damaged screens, deteriorated wood, or other pre-existing conditions.
Patriot Power Washing & Sanitation is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing deterioration, defective installation, improper construction, normal wear, or conditions outside our control.
Paver restoration results may vary depending on the age, condition, previous coatings, staining, drainage, efflorescence, joint stability, and overall condition of the surface.
While we make every reasonable effort to improve appearance and provide professional results, complete removal of every stain, discoloration, previous coating, or surface defect cannot be guaranteed.
Weather and surface conditions may also affect cleaning, sanding, sealing, curing, and scheduling.
Oil, rust, organic stains, mineral deposits, efflorescence, and other contaminants may permanently alter a surface.
Treatment is intended to improve the appearance of the affected area, but complete stain removal is not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.
If you believe there is an issue with our workmanship or that damage occurred during service, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
We ask that service-related concerns be reported within 24 hours of discovery whenever practical so we can inspect the area and determine an appropriate resolution.
We reserve the right to inspect and, when appropriate, correct an issue before alternative repairs or services are performed by another company.
We may photograph or document areas of a property before, during, and after service for quality control, project documentation, employee training, damage prevention, and recordkeeping.
Photos used publicly for advertising or marketing will be handled in a manner intended to avoid unnecessarily identifying private customer information.
Customers may request that images of their property not be used for marketing purposes.
By providing your phone number and communicating with Patriot Power Washing & Sanitation, you may receive service-related text messages concerning estimates, appointments, scheduling, project updates, invoices, payments, follow-ups, or customer service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Liability for any claim will be determined based on the circumstances of the incident and applicable law.
Commercial, municipal, industrial, multi-location, or large-scale projects may be governed by additional written proposals, purchase orders, contracts, work orders, vendor requirements, or site-specific terms.
If those written terms conflict with these general website Terms of Service, the project-specific written agreement will control for that project.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Patriot Power Washing & Sanitation may update these Terms of Service periodically.
Updates become effective when posted on this website unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
